Yes — you can skip or pause an upcoming shipment at any time through your online account. Just make sure any changes are made before your next billing date so they’re applied in time.
Absolutely. SIP and SAVOUR are separate subscriptions, so to switch tiers simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for the other. If you need a hand with this, get in touch and we’ll help you through it.
Your member discount (15% for SIP, 20% for SAVOUR) is automatically applied when you shop online while logged in to your account — no codes needed. Please note discounts don’t apply to your club subscription itself.
Your subscription is billed ahead of each shipment, which go out twice a year in April and October. You’ll receive an email reminder before each billing date so you’re never caught off guard.
We do our best to ensure every shipment is packed with great varieties, but as a small boutique producer, some wines can be limited. If a selected wine isn’t available, we’ll substitute it with something of equal or greater value. If you have any concerns about a shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
